Onsite and Remote Troubleshooting

TH2 offers both on-site and remote support to our clients.  With our sophisticated tools we can solve most issues remotely which offers a quicker resolution time and is less expensive that on-site support.

If the issue is more of a hardware related issue, that is usually when onsite support makes sense.  We have plans that offer the best of both.

 

Asset Management and Reporting

TH2 can unify device management across MAC, Windows, Linux devices, servers, virtual machines, and network devices.  We keep managed systems patched, secured and up to date.  We can report on everything from software inventory, specifications of components, to warranty status and purchase dates of systems.  

We send monthly executive summary reports with asset counts and the status of the network.
