Kay has been with the IT / BPO industry for more than a decade now. She started her career at 17, as a customer associate for a phone company in Canada, in 2005. She moved up to a team leader after 2 years, and moved on to be a sales account manager for the Systems Integration Division for one of the largest IT distributer in the US, and assisted the company in maintaining relationships with small to medium VARs or resellers.
In 2013, she entered the Project Management world and served as one for an IT Consulting firm in the US, working remotely and flying to the US to meet clients, for projects, when needed. She also has experience in accounting and the IT side of things; Asterisk basics, and is very knowledgeable in ConnectWise and Quickbooks.
